Refund policy

Each pair of Alchemy shoes is handmade with patience, skill, and intention. Because of the time and care that go into our craft, we keep our return policy simple and respectful of both you and our artisans.

• Return Window: You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery date.

• Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging. Once a pair has walked with you, it carries your story — we cannot accept used returns.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we’ll happily arrange an exchange within the same 14-day window.

• Return Shipping: As a small business, we kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
